Up to hospital today for a blood test - results were good. Drew's platelets were over 300 (a few weeks ago they were 9), his haemoglobin was 94 and his neutrophils were .7, which means he isn't neutropenic (he at least has a few pacmans to fight viruses and bacteria). Drew was pleased that we were out fairly quickly, but we do have to return on Thursday for another blood test and a kidney function test, before he starts the next stage of treatment.
